Situated Mutual Pedagogy

Hello my name is Balint Korka I am a graphic artist, media designer and educator.

This website is the documentation of several workshop I've been developin/co-developing. The core concept is situated mutual pedagogy.

Situated

... because the workshop is about a specific everyday technology. We try to understand it in the context of defamiliarising ourselves with these technologies. We are not trying to teach how to use the technology but rather to understand its impact on our life.

Mutual

... because we are learning together. We are not trying to teach something to someone but rather we are trying to understand something together by bringing in personal backround, anecdotes, experience.

Pedagogy

... I belive that everyone has something to share and therefore everyone can be a teacher and learner at the same time.
